1. How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are handmade or packed to order. Standard preparation takes 3–5 business days. For custom or monogrammed pieces, allow 7–10 days. Shipping times vary based on destination:

  • UK: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 4–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Express shipping is available at checkout for most countries.

2. Do you offer custom monograms or initials?

Yes! Many of our ring boxes, robes, and gift sets come with the option to add gold foil initials, embroidery, or blind debossing. You’ll find customization options on the product page where available. Please double-check spellings—custom items are made exactly as entered and are non-returnable.

3. Can I return or exchange my item?

We accept returns on non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Unfortunately, customized or monogrammed items are final sale due to their personalized nature.

To initiate a return, email us your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

4. I’m gifting this to someone. Will pricing be shown on the packing slip?

No prices are ever printed on packing slips. All parcels are beautifully wrapped, and if you leave a note at checkout, we’ll include it on a hand-penned card at no extra charge.

5. What if my order arrives damaged?

We’re very careful with packaging, but if something has been damaged in transit, please send us photos within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Our goal is always to make it right—and quickly.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. All duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. For faster customs clearance, we include detailed product descriptions and accurate values on all international shipments.

7. Do you work with wedding planners or stylists?

Absolutely. We’ve partnered with dozens of stylists, planners, and photographers for flat lays, shoots, and client gifting. If you’d like to collaborate or place a bulk order, reach out via [email protected] with your project details.

8. How should I care for my bridal box or accessories?

Keep velvet and fabric items away from moisture and direct sunlight. Spot clean with a dry cloth when needed. Store flat and avoid placing heavy items on top of them. For robes and fabric goods, we recommend gentle hand wash or dry cleaning only.
