Processing & Dispatch

Each order at Little Bridal Box is thoughtfully prepared by hand. We take care in every detail, from velvet folds to final ribbon ties. Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. For monogrammed or made-to-order pieces, allow up to 10 business days before dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has left our studio. We use reliable carriers including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, and DHL depending on location and shipping tier.

Please note: customs delays may occasionally extend international delivery. All duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility unless specified otherwise at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every Little Bridal Box purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we accept returns on non-personalized pieces within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

• Custom monogrammed or personalized products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Worn or washed robes and textiles
• Items damaged due to improper handling

Each piece we create carries our commitment to detail. If something arrived damaged or not as expected, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

To ensure a smooth delivery:

• Double-check your shipping address before placing your order
• If you’re ordering as a gift, let us know—we’ll omit pricing and add a handwritten card
• Choose express shipping if you’re working with a close event date
