Personalized items are made exactly as typed in your order, including capitalization, spelling, and punctuation. Please review all custom fields carefully before submitting.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed are in GBP (£) by default, and may include applicable VAT for UK customers. You may view converted prices in your local currency depending on your region. Orders are charged at the time of purchase using secure payment gateways including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

• Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All delivery estimates are approximate. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or incorrect address input. The customer is responsible for any import duties or local taxes where applicable.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a redelivery fee will be charged.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Returns are accepted on non-customized products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Personalized items are final sale and non-refundable. To cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, production or packaging may already be underway.
